Horse play

Four horses were reunited with their owner last week after temporarily escaping from an area farm.

Police say four horses were found running at large in the area of First Line and Sideroad 11 south of Salem on Feb. 14 at about 9pm.

The horses, two brown and two black, were rounded up and taken to a farm on Wellington Road 18 for safekeeping.

Police reported that later that afternoon the owner was found and had picked up the horses
