Hillsburgh fire hall tender approved
Council here has approved a renovation that will effectively double the size of the current Hillsburgh fire hall.
Last week Erin council approved a tender from PM Contracting Ltd. in the amount of $1,948,900.
The two-storey addition will measure 6,300 square feet and include an unused portion that could someday house town offices.
The original estimate for the renovation was $1.6 to $1.8 million.
