GRCA looking for website input

The Grand River Conservation Authority is looking for some advice on building a new website.

A survey has been posted at www.grandriver.ca to gather feedback from users about how it can be improved. The survey is open until Jan. 16 and takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The information will be collected by the Waterloo-based eSolutions Group who are assisting with the development of the new website. They have helped hundreds of municipalities, government agencies and businesses develop new websites.

The existing site is very popular, with close to 1.1 million unique visits in 2014 and more than 3.2 million page views. However, the design and structure are over a decade old.

The site needs to be rebuilt to take advantage of new technology to make it user friendly and to expand services.
