Golden girls – The Grand River Mustangs Girls Atom BB team took the gold medal at the Niagara Rapids Fall Classic Hockey Tournament Sept. 20-22. The team won six straight hard-fought games to take the win. They defeated Ancaster 2-1, Whitby 2-0, Woodstock 4-1, St. Catharines 4-2, Haldimand 2-0 in the semi-final and Ancaster 2-1 in the championship game.
