Grand River Champion

Local resident Stanley Mallett (left) is recognized for being the first to meet the 'In Motion' challenge of to swim the distance of the Grand River. The 300 kilometre distance is equivalent to 12,000 lengths of the pool at the Centre Wellington Sportsplex in Fergus.
