Grand Quilt guild of Fergus donation to food bank
The Grand Quilt guild of Fergus presented Centre Wellington Food Bank manager Fred Aleksandrowicz, right, with a cheque for $500. These funds are profits after hosting three quilt shows since 2012. Pictured from left: Sue Foard, Eileen Parkinson and Susan Harrop (all chairs of the quilt shows) along with Linda Webster and Sherry Friskney, present co-chairs of the Quilt Guild for 2018-19. The guild will also present $500 cheques to Groves Hospital Foundation and the Wellington County Learning Centre in Arthur.
