Fusion advance to OMHA finals
The Centre Wellington Fusion Minor Peewee AA hockey team continued its quest for an Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) title by edging out Burlington three games to one.
All four games were very close with three of the games ending in overtime.
The scores of the games were a 1-0 loss and three 2-1 wins.
Registering points for the Fusion in the semi-final series were: Brayden Krieger (four goals, one assist), Kurits Goodwin (four assists), Jonah Burley (1G, 2A) and Bo Columbus (1G, 1A).
With the win the team earns a berth in the OMHA finals against either the Barrie Colts or Whitby Warriors.
