ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team has another set of free workshops set for June.
On June 3 from noon to 1pm there’s a virtual workshop on Feeding your baby, introducing solid food.
On June 11 from 6:30 to 7:30pm there’s an in-person workshop at the Erin clinic called How to AVOID Frailty.
On June 16, from 4 to 5pm, learn about Heart Health at the Rockwood clinic.
On June 24 from 5 to 6pm there’s a virtual workshop, the Highs and Lows of Diabetes.
And on June 25 from 1:30 to 3pm, the Rural Care Partner Support Group meets at the Erin clinic.
