FERGUS – Two local businesses are sponsoring free public skating sessions at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex on Family Day.
The Van Grootheest Excalibur Reality team is sponsoring a free skate on Feb. 19 from 11am to 1pm.
“Bring the whole family and enjoy a free skate along with drinks, lunch and donuts from The Van Grootheest Family,” officials state.
“Mark your calendars,” they added.
And the Claire and Greg Real Estate Group is sponsoring a free skate on the same day from 2 to 4pm.
They’ll be offering free treats, snacks and prizes.
