Fiery crash sends one driver to hospital
GUELPH/ERAMOSA – On Oct. 27 at about 5:40pm, emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle collision on Wellington Road 124 near Kossuth Road.
“Initial reports indicated that an eastbound motorcycle collided with an eastbound sport utility vehicle (SUV) and the motorcycle burst into flames, injuring the rider,” stated a press release from Wellington County OPP.
Police added “the motorcycle rider was airlifted to a Toronto trauma hospital in life threatening condition,” while the driver of the SUV was not injured.
