Festive fun planned at Wellington County library branches

‘Tis the season for festive programming and cozy crafting! Visit your local Wellington County Library branch during the month of December for an assortment of holiday-themed programmes and drop-in activities.

Just popping in to pick up a few things? We have quick and easy Make-and-Take crafts for families on the go.

Families can also enjoy 12 Days of Lego advent calendar challenges, Letters to Santa, and festive scavenger hunts at select branches

Looking for a much-needed break from the holiday hustle and bustle? Our seasonal Fireside Stories programme offers families the chance to relax by the fireplace and listen to cozy tales.

We have an assortment of programmes for school-age kids leading up to and through the holiday break.

And for adults, we offer various crafting programmes to get you in the holiday spirit, from card-making to hand-painted candles.
