Fergus man charged after assault
FERGUS – A Fergus man is facing charges after an altercation on Tower Street South.
Wellington County OPP responded to the July 7 incident around 11:30pm and charged Aman Singh, 24, with assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
A victim did not sustain injuries, police noted in a news release. The accused is set to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
