EWFHT offers free workshops in November
EAST WELLINGTON – The East Wellington Family Health team (EWFHT) has released its schedule of free, online workshops for the month of November.
Workshops include:
- Nov. 16 - Heart Health, from 4 to 5pm;
- Nov. 16 - Better Sleep, from 7 to 8pm; and
- Nov. 24 - The Highs and Lows of Diabetes, from 9:30 to 10:30am.
Register to be provided with a link and instructions to join these virtual workshops. Participants will need access to a computer, tablet or smart phone, but do not need a camera. An email address will be needed for registration and to access the webinar.
