EWFHT offering free virtual workshops
ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team has a number of free virtual workshops coming up next month.
– March 3 from 5 to 6pm, Understanding Pre- Diabetes;
– March 9 from 4 to 5pm, The Mediterranean Diet for Good Health;
– March 29 from 4 to 5pm, Heart Health; and
– March 29 from 11:30am to 12:30pm, The Highs and Lows of Diabetes.
