Erin man charged with committing indecent act
ERIN – A local man has been charged with committing an indecent act following an incident here last Tuesday.
Wellington County OPP officials say officers were called to Sideroad 5 in Erin at about 1am on Nov. 1.
"It was reported that a person standing in the street had committed an indecent act," police stated in a press release.
"Officers attended and located the person."
Christian Samulak, 19, of Erin, was charged with committing an indecent act and is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
