ERIN - The Erin Lions Club returns with the annual Erin Santa Claus parade after foregoing last year’s festivities due to the pandemic.

Santa Claus makes his way down Main Street from McCullogh Drive on Nov. 27 starting at 11am sharp and ends off at Erin fire station 10 by Erinville Drive.

Lions Club president Bryce McEnery says there will be close to 30 floats from local service clubs and businesses decorated to this year’s theme of “naughty or nice.”

And with no entry fee for the parade, the Lions are still looking for last-minute float entries before the Saturday parade.

Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted at The Busholme or at John McHenry’s place at 241 Main Srreet.

“We’re really excited about this year’s parade because we didn’t have one last year; these are special things,” McEnery said, adding “enjoy it while you can.”
