East Mill Street under construction
Detour – Spring might not know if it’s coming or going, but construction season is officially here. East Mill Street in Elora is now closed from Metcalfe to Melville streets for the much-anticipated work, which will see new water and sewer pipes installed, improvements to street lighting and sidewalks, a crosswalk at Bissell Park, and repaving. The work is to be done in two phases. Phase one will be complete by December this year and phase two will begin next spring.
