Driving while suspended
GUELPH – On Feb. 8 Wellington County OPP officers were conducting traffic enforcement on Speedvale Avenue East at Watson Road North here.
Police say officers spoke to the driver of a silver SUV and “determined that his Ontario driver’s license was currently suspended.”
Delfin Cayomba, 40, of Guelph, was charged with driving while prohibited, driving while suspended and failing to have an insurance card.
He is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
