Driver charged after e-bike found pulling trailers
FERGUS – On July 15 at about 2:30pm, a Wellington County OPP officer stopped what appeared to be an e-bike pulling two trailers on Maiden Lane here.
Police say “further inspection determined that the pedals had been rendered inoperable.”
A 21-year-old from New Hamburg was charged with driving without plates, driving without a proper licence, improper means of attachment, and driving without insurance. The defendant is to appear in court on Nov. 1
