Diabetes donation
The Fergus Lions Club recently presented Diabetes Canada with a cheque for $637. These funds were raised during the November Diabetes Awareness campaign, and include donations made by FreshCo shoppers at the cashiers’ till. “Centre Wellington has always been a good supporter of diabetes awareness,” official say. “Our sincerest thanks to everyone who supported this campaign.” Funds will go towards diabetes research, looking to find a cure to end diabetes.
