Development charges to be updated Dec.16
KENILWORTH - On Dec. 16, Wellington North intends to amend its existing development charges bylaw to establish a revised (indexed) rate for 2020.
The charges are levied against new development and are the primary source of funding for growth-related capital expenditures. Capital services include water and wastewater, roads, fire protection, recreation, parks and administration.
