Crime of the Week
On Sept. 5, a theft occurred at “Shoetopia Footwear,” located at 860 Tower Street South in Fergus.
An unknown female entered the store and tried on a pair of shoes. She then allegedly placed the shoes in a tote bag and exited the store.
Stolen was a pair of Mephisto Izabel Sand Shoes, valued at approximately $250.
The suspect is described as a white female, early- to mid-40s, dark brown/black hair, average height and build, 140 to 160 pounds, and wearing a multi-coloured light blue shirt.
