Council approves lot control exemption for Keating condo

Council supports a part lot control exemption bylaw for Keating Construction’s condominium development at the intersection of Colborne Street and Gerrie Road.

The recommendation of approval came in a Jan. 28 report to council from planner Brett Salmon.

Earlier this year, council approved construction of a semi-detached dwelling and a 27-unit apartment building

The part lot control exemption is needed to separate the lot into individual units for the apartment and the semi-detached dwelling.
