Construction site assault
FERGUS – On Feb. 2 at about 8:30am, Wellington County OPP responded to an assault at a construction site on Rae Drive here.
Police say “two parties were involved in a disturbance, and one of the two had sustained minor injuries.”
Dwayne P. Hazzard, 44, of Brampton, was charged with assault with a weapon and is to appear in Guelph court on March 8.
