Committee member appointments
After closed door discussions on Dec. 17, Puslinch council appointed members to several township committees.
Named to the planning advisory committee for two years terms are Wayne Stokley, Don Harris, and Doug Smith. Joining them for one year are councillors Don McKay and Matthew Bulmer.
Norman Hughes, John Alexander, and Lorraine Hayden were named to the Puslinch Recreation Centre board and recreation commission for 2009 and 2010. Councillors Dick Visser and Susan Fielding will join them for one year.
Visser and Bulmer were named as council members on community oriented policing (COP) committee for 2009; and Visser and McKay as council representatives on the fire committee for 2009.
Robert Gordon was appointed to the committee of adjustment for 2009 and 2010, and Bulmer to the same committee for one year.
