Commemorative calendar a success
The 2009 Wellington County Police Services Board calendar campaign has been completed. The pictorial commemorative calendar marked the 10th anniversary of the Wellington County OPP and the 100th anniversary of the OPP. Proceeds from the calendar went directly to Crime Stoppers.
Darryl Rouleau, left, a Crime Stoppers director, dropped by to report calendar sales reached $2,525 and over 500 were sold. The Wellington Advertiser produced the calendar.
The board directs funds to pay tipsters and help fund the new Crime Stoppers website.
