Collision leads to charge
On Dec. 25 at about 7pm Wellington County OPP officers responded to a vehicle collision on Highway 7 east of Rockwood.
Police say one driver’s vehicle struck the other driver’s from behind.
David J. Harkins, 46, of Guelph, was charged with driving without insurance, careless driving and driving without valid registration. He is to appear in Guelph court on Feb. 7.
