Child safety seat clinic at fire hall on May 15

FERGUS – Are your children safe in their car seats?

Four out of five children are correctly buckled into a car seat when riding in the car. The county OPP is urging parents to keep their children safe and en­sure your child is not one of the statistics.

He urges parents to find out how to correctly installed or use a car seat, and to register today.

The county OPP Auxiliary Unit, along with Co-Operators Insurance, are hosting a free Child Safety Seat Clinic in Fergus. Spaces are limited, so to ensure a spot, call to make an appointment.

The event is on May 15,  from 9am to 1pm at 250 Queen Street, Fergus at the Centre Wellington Fire Department’s Fergus Fire Hall.
