Cheque presentation – At the joint annual general meeting for Groves hospital and Groves Hospital Foundation on June 16, Hugh Calderwood, vice chair and treasurer of Groves Hospital Foundation, presented Howard Dobson, chair of Groves hospital, and Jerome Quenneville, CEO of Groves hospital, with a cheque for $216,344. The cheque represents the total amount the foundation disbursed to the hospital for items that supported the lab, emergency room and obstetrics department.
