Charged for stunt driving
GUELPH/ERAMOSA - On June 25, 2023 at approximately 10:30am a Wellington OPP officer observed a motor vehicle travelling approximately 105 km/hr in a 40 km/hr zone on Indian Trail, Guelph/Eramosa.
As a result of the investigation a 19-year-old Fergus resident has been charged with stunt driving and with failing to surrender a drivers license.
The defendant is scheduled to appear in provincial offences court in Guelph on Sept. 27.
