Catholic school board chairman acclaimed

Trustees with the Wellington Catholic District School Board elected the Chair and Vice-Chair for the coming year at its December board meeting. The acclaimed Chair is Marino Gazzola.  Gazzola has served on the board for the past 23 years.  He is currently president of the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association as well

He is joined by Victoria Dupuis who was elected as Vice-Chair. Dupuis has served as trustee for 19 years.  She has a wealth of business experience and has served as Vice-Chair during the past year.

At the same meeting, Dylan Taylor and Breanna Schnare, senior students at Bishop Macdonell Catholic High School, were presented with their award winning Advent graphic which has been distributed to all schools and offices in the District.
