Catalytic converters stolen

ARTHUR – On Aug. 20, Wellington County OPP received a report of stolen catalytic converters from commercial vehicles at a business near Arthur.

“One converter was removed from one vehicle and attempts were made to remove a second one from another vehicle sometime between [1 and 2am on Aug. 20],” police stated in a press release.

Eight days later, on Aug. 28 sometime between 4:30 and 5:30am, “suspects attended the business and stole two catalytic converters off two commercial vehicles,” police added.
