Careless driving charge

MOUNT FOREST – A local resident has been charged with careless driving following a collision here last week between a farm tractor and SUV.

Wellington County OPP responded to the scene,  at the intersection of Main Street North and Sligo Road East in Mount Forest,on June 23 at about 7:30pm. Police say “the farm tractor drove into the rear of the SUV which was stopped at the intersection. No injuries were reported.”

A 40-year-old from Mount Forest was charged with careless driving.
