Belwood man charged with luring a minor, distributing child pornography
BELWOOD – Police have charged a Belwood man with luring a minor and child pornography.
Wellington County OPP officials say local police, with the assistance of Dufferin OPP, the Child Exploitation Unit and OPP Digital Forensics Unit, executed a search warrant at a Belwood home on Jan. 28.
Police say the bust stemmed from two unrelated investigations in December.
Frank Kelly, 38, of Belwood, has been charged with possession of child pornography, distributing child pornography and luring a person under 16 via telecommunication.
