Autism Dog Services to hold comedy hypnosis show

GUELPH — Autism Dog Services will be hosting a comedy hypnosis show at the Guelph Little Theatre on Sept. 10 from 1 to 3pm.

The event will be hosted by local hypnotist Frank Le and Amanda Shultz of Mortgages by Amanda. Participants will be able to enjoy a fun afternoon and will be joined by service dogs in training.

“We are excited to have a comedy hypnosis fundraiser that is our first ever and is unique and different,” said Autism Dog Services fundraising manager Adele Alfano.

Autism Dog Services is a Canadian organization that fosters the integration of autistic children by training, placing and supporting dogs that offer safety, companionship and independence.

“Our show is not only about entertainment but also about supporting a local non-profit organization in our community,” said Frank Le.

“By attending, you’ll be contributing to a worthy cause along with having fun for the whole family.”

The hypnotist is the director of Kitchener Hypnosis and also a member of the Master Hypnosis Society of Canada. All proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit Autism Dog Services.

Advance tickets are $20, $25 at the door and $53 for a family.

If interested, tickets can be purchased at eventbrite.ca.
