Assault with a weapon
MINTO – A 60-year-old Palmerston man is facing an assault charge after an altercation in Palmerston.
On Sept. 28, at around 8pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a Palmerston residence and charged James Woods with assault with a weapon, police said in a news release. The victim did not sustain any reported injuries, according to police.
Woods is due in Guelph court in the new year.
