Alma man charged with forcible confinement
DRAYTON – An Alma man has been charged after an altercation here last week.
Wellington County OPP officials say police responded to “an address in Drayton” on July 20 at about 11:30am.
Scott Nieuwland, 49, of Alma, was charged with forcible confinement and is to appear in Guelph court on Oct. 16.
