HALL, Wayne; At Listowel Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, Mr. John Wayne Hall of Listowel, in his 77th year. Deeply missed by his lifelong friend and wife of 55 years, Donna (Caudle) Hall. Loving father to Dawn Wolfe and Andy White of Orangeville, and Larry Hall of Elora. Lovingly remembered by granddaughters Kristi and Scott Murie, and Jacqueline and Blaise Bolland-Wolfe, and great-grandchildren Ashley Murie and Harvey Bolland-Wolfe. Fondly remembered by brother-in-law Larry and Gayle Caudle, sister-in-law Jan Hall, and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Les and Olive (Nugent) Hall, brother Vaughan Hall, parents-in-law Elgin and Winnifred Caudle, and son-in-law John Wolfe. Wayne owned a few businesses throughout his career, such as the Red Rooster and the Sioux Lookout General Store in Northern Ontario, and the Alma General Store and the Country Inn Restaurant on Hwy #9 in Southern Ontario. He retired in 2000 due to health issues. He enjoyed working on cars from the 50’s when his health allowed him. A private family service will be held, with interment in Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
