OVERLAND, Agnes Eleanor (Life member of Eastern Star and Life member of the Women’s Institute) Peacefully at the Avalon Retirement Centre, in Orangeville, on Wednesday May 27th, 2015. Eleanor (King) Overland, formerly of Hillsburgh, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Overland (1984). Loving mother of James (Jim) Donald Overland of Orton. Dear sister of Jessie Haskell of Norwich, Andy and Ruth King of Hillsburgh, and Nancy Robinson of Orangeville. Predeceased by her brother Clarence King. Grandmother of two granddaughters, and two great grandchildren. Eleanor will be missed by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Resting at the Butcher Family Funeral Home, 5399 Main Street South (Wellington Road 52) Erin, where the Funeral Service was held on Friday, May 29th at 2:00 pm. With Rev. Irene Walback officiating. Interment Huxley Cemetery, Hillsburgh. Visitation was on Friday from 1:00 until time of service. If desired, donations may be made to the Avalon Retirement Centre, or the Presbyterian Church in Hillsburgh.
