ELORA – Attention all artists: the Elora Sculpture Project (ESP) Committee is inviting submissions for 2026.
The seasonal, outdoor exhibition runs May 15 to Oct. 15 in the downtown Centre Wellington communities of Fergus and Elora.
Eighteen sculptures will be selected from entries by a jury, and installed throughout the two downtowns.
Artists at any stage of their career who are working in Canada may apply.
Past participants have ranged from students to accomplished professional artists. Any medias suitable for outdoor exposure may be considered.
The Elora Sculpture Project is a community initiative managed by a small group of volunteers in cooperation with the township.
Launched in 2010, the ESP has become well-known in arts communities and draws interest from across Canada, according to officials.
Akin to a virtual gallery in the towns, many sculptures are for sale.
Funding is provided by local businesses and art-loving citizens, along with the Fergus and Elora BIAs.
The deadline for submissions is Jan. 18. Full submission guidelines can be found at elorasculpture.ca/submissions.html.
