GUELPH – This fall, Grade 8 students and their parents and guardians are invited to learn more about opportunities at Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) high schools.
This includes academic programs and opportunities in the trades, sports, music and arts.
At parent/guardian information nights, attendees can expect to hear a special presentation about the high school, its programs and the registration process.
Attendees will be able to tour the school, meet staff and ask questions about programming and other opportunities.
The Grade 8 information nights will be held throughout November and December:
– Centre Dufferin District High School (DHS), Shelburne: Nov. 20, from 6 to 7:30pm;
– Erin DHS: Nov. 25, from 5 to 9pm;
– Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute (CVI): Nov. 26, from 6:30 to 7:30pm;
– Westside Secondary School (SS), Orangeville: Nov. 26, from 6 to 8pm;
– John F. Ross CVI, Guelph: Nov. 26, from 6 to 7pm;
– Wellington Heights SS, Mount Forest: Dec. 3, 6 to 8pm;
– Centennial CVI, Guelph: Dec. 4, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm;
– Norwell District SS, Palmerston: Dec. 4, from 6 to 8pm;
– Orangeville District SS: Dec. 4 at 6:30pm; and
– Centre Wellington DHS, Fergus: Dec. 9 at 5:30pm;
