Puslinch launches survey

ABERFOYLE – Puslinch  is seeking citizen feedback at EngagePuslinch.ca for its annual community engagement survey on 2026 proposed user fees and charges.

User fees and charges are part of the township’s budget, helping to fund services directly benefiting individuals and organizations.

Services funded in part or entirely by user fees include:

– use of recreational facilities;

– building permits;

– planning and development applications;

– dog/kennel and lottery licensing; and

– open air burn permits.

“Input from our residents is essential in helping council make fair and informed decisions,” said township Mayor James Seeley in a press release.

“User fees play an important role in balancing the township’s budget and ensuring services are funded sustainably.

“I encourage everyone to take part in this survey and let council know your perspectives as we plan for the future.”

Residents can participate in the survey at EngagePuslinch.ca until noon on Sept. 24.

A public information meeting will be held on Sept. 17 at 7pm at the municipal office (Wellington Road 34).

Electronic participation via Zoom is available.
