1947-2025 Fred passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus at the age of 77. Fred is survived by his loving spouse of 30 years, Lynn Griffin (Nee Tough). Father to Cindy, Sherry and Tammy and step-father to Laura and Wayne. Grandfather to 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by Justin and Ashleigh. He leaves behind his siblings Wayne, Jim, Joyce, Irene and Johanne and was predeceased by his brother Kenny. Fred will be dearly missed by his many extended relatives and his friends at Maple Leaf Acres. Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held from 12:00pm – 2:00pm on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Graham A Giddy Funeral Home Ltd., 280 St. David St. S. Fergus, ON, (519) 843-3100. Following the visitation a reception will be held at Maple Leaf Acres, 12 Havesumfun Rd, Fergus, ON N1M 2W5.
