Of Harriston and formerly of Arthur passed away peacefully at the Palmerston and District Hospital surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of Jacques Lapierre and the late Alfred Clements (1994). Cherished mother of Larry and Sharon Clements, Lynda and Michael O’Hara, Brenda and John Roelofsen, Susan and Alie Clements-Khan, Andy and Jen Clements. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Christine, Heather, Tanya, Rick, Shona, Alie and Travis and her 14 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary McIntosh, sons-in-law Scottie Linton, Bill Jakoplic and great granddaughter Jaiden Ruth in infancy. To honour Lavina’s wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Arthur.
