It is with much sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry Dingman on April 19th, after a long battle with COPD. Beloved husband of Patricia for 59 years. Cherished father of Sherri (Dean), predeceased by his son Bruce (2007) and father-in-law to Jenn. Predeceased by his parents, survived by his sister Anne and brothers Jim and Rick (Louise). Proud and devoted grandfather to Lauren, Errol, Melanie (TJ) and Ethan. Great grandfather to Fen, Tarek and Nikkita. Terry will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Terry was known for his contagious sense of humour. He was a man of many interests. Throughout his life he was involved with 121 Red Arrow Squadron Air Cadets from 1973-1989, he was involved with the Navy League. Terry was a member of Branch 234 Royal Canadian Legion. He obtained his private pilots license in 1986. He retired from Bell Canada with 30 years of service. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Terry’s Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Groves Memorial Hospital or Guelph General Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Graham A.
