CENTRE WELLINGTON – A public information centre (PIC) is being held on April 24 as part of a municipal class environmental assessment on the township’s water and wastewater servicing master plan.
The PIC will be seeking feedback from the public on a preferred water and wastewater servicing alternative and evaluation process.
The township has initiated a Water and Wastewater Servicing Master Plan (WWSMP) to service future growth in the township.
This study will help identify capacities and constraints on the existing water and wastewater systems and potential future constraints caused by planned development.
The study area aligns with the Fergus and Elora/Salem urban boundaries.
The PIC is slated for April 24 from 6 to 8pm at the Elora Centre for the Arts.
For more information about this project, visit the WWSMP website at connectcw.ca/WWSMP.
