Trick-or-treat – The Arthur Optimist Club held its annual Halloween treat bag giveaway on Oct. 29 under the Optimist pavilion. Arthur Foodland owner Tom Gorecki helped out with a discount on loads of candy and chips for the 295 youngsters who were registered in advance to receive a bag.
