"Neighbour dispute"
On Jan. 5 at about 1am Wellington County OPP responded to a disturbance on Albert Street here.
Police say the initial report indicated there was a “neighbour dispute.” Officers arrived to find one of the men had “destroyed property and continued to cause a disturbance.”
Ronald Richard Webber, 56, of Mount Forest, was charged with mischief under $5,000 and causing a disturbance. He is to appear in court on Feb. 9.
