Zimmerman, Carl; Beloved husband of Gladys Zimmerman of Clifford passed away at North Wellington Health Centre in Palmerston on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, aged 81 years. Dear father of Emily and Orville Lamont of Mildmay, Margaret and Fred Rock of Palmerston, Ruthane and Randy Richey of Wingham, Erma and Glen Hartung of Gowanstown, Janet and Ossie Martin of Harriston and Amy and Matthew Emmerton of Kitchener. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Predeceased by a brother Conrad. Friends were received at the Garrett Funeral Chapel in Clifford until noon on Saturday, April 18, 2009 then to St John’s Lutheran Church, Clifford for funeral services at 2pm. Interment St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Lauderbach. Reverend Paul Zabel officiated. Carl’s grandchildren and great grand children were the pallbearers and flower bearers: Jordan Cuneo, Tim Schneider, Jake Lamont, Dewey Upper, Dustin Golley, Michael Hartung, Jordan Martin, Jenna Schneider, Beth Cuneo, Anslie Cuneo, Corbin Cuneo, Tiffany Rock, Tammy Rock, Sara Richey, Nicole Richey, Jennifer Hartung, Victoria Hartung, Katelynn Martin, Zachary Emmerton and Zoe Emmerton.
