Yeomans, James Arthur “Jim” (Avid hunter and fisherman, longtime employee of the City of Peterborough) Peacefully at his home surrounded by the love of his family on Tuesday, November 29th, 2011 in his 83rd year. Jim, beloved husband of fifty-nine years to Mary Yeomans (nee Green). Loving father of David (Lorna), Nancy Thompson, Bill (Noreen), Bob (Sandra), and Mary Beth White (Gregg). Cherished grandfather of Miranda (Marc), Bo, Bill Jr., Mary Jane (Duncan), Emily (Ian), Ryan, Sara, and Caitlynn, and great-grandfather of five. Dear brother of Verna Epoch, Richard (Lin), Jane Sumner (Bob), and the late Bruce (Leslie), and brother-in-law of Aileen, Bill (Pat), Doris, Jim (Marie), Ted (Marie), Catherine (Vern), Claire (Paul), and Patsy (Richard). Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews. Friends were invited to call at the KAYE FUNERAL HOME ‘MEMORIAL CHAPEL’, 539 George Street N., Peterborough on Thursday from 6-9pm. Funeral Mass was held in SACRED HEART CHURCH on Friday, December 2nd, 2011 at 11am. Cremation followed.
